Our Premier Apex garden sheds are heavy duty and substantial solutions for the garden. Shed sides are fully lined with Tyvek Housewrap to prevent water ingress and feature a 10-year guarantee against all manufacturing defects.
Outstanding quality with many design features that create a premium market leading garden shed that will not just withstand the test of time but also the rigours of frequent heavy use. Special features include extra heavy duty roofing felt, a rim lock and proper door knob, heavy-duty framing and cladding, T&G floor and roof and a high-quality window assembly.

Lead Times
Please call ahead to confirm availability to be certain of lead times. We’re also here to answer any questions that you might have. We currently have a good stock of standard premium sheds and made-to-order bespoke sheds have an improved lead time of around 3 weeks.
Features
Renowned for its excellent quality, our standard 8×6 Premier Apex Shed features sides that are fully lined with Tyvek Housewrap. This is a durable, lightweight and breathable membrane that is windtight and designed to prevent water ingress. The roof is finished with an extra-tough polyester felt.
With a floor and roof constructed from pressure treated T&G and side panels made from pressure treated heavy-duty shiplap and framing – this garden building has superior durability. Other features include a high-quality opening window assembly and a rim lock and doorknob for enhanced security.
Dimensions
In addition to being supplied as a standard 8’ x 6’ (External) dimensions D: 2.440m (8′) x W: 1.829m (6′) x H: 2.337m (7′8″) you can also order the Premier Apex in all sizes up to 12’ x 10’. Please note that height is taken from the highest point on the ridge.

Construction
Our Premier Apex garden shed features an apex roof, one single open outdoor for ease of access and one open out window to the side for ventilation.
Pressure Treated
Unlike most sheds on the market that are dipped, all of the sheds we manufacture are fully pressure treated to give years of service and peace of mind with little or no aftercare required to prevent rot.
Fitting
Supplied flat packed, ready for assembly, our Premier Apex garden shed is supplied with all fittings required including roof felt, door hinges and morticed lock. Typically assembled in only a few hours, requiring no complex tools, other than a hammer and a drill our simple instructions take you through, step by step the perfect installation. Tech Specs
- Construction Framework and Cladding
- The Walford Timber Premier Apex garden shed is constructed using 50mm x 50mm framework that is then clad with 19mm x 150mm shiplap as standard
- Construction Roof
- 19mm T&G timber board that is then covered with a heavy duty green mineral felt.
- Construction Floor
- The flooring is again 19mm T&G timber board, supported by pressure treated joists that allow you to store bicycles and garden tools, furniture and mowers with confidence
- Construction Door
- The shed has a T&G timber boarded door and strengthened door with diagonal framing. It comes complete with hardware and a Rim lock and proper door knob.

- Supplied with a double window including one opener to allow in natural light and offer ventilation
