32mm x 50mm Counter Rail
Counter rails are designed to be used in conjunction with capping rail and 100 x 125mm posts when constructing a closeboard fence. The counter rail is situated at the top of the post, for the top of the feather edge board to be nailed to.
The rail then also acts as the support for the capping rail.
