About This Case Study
Originally installed by DBS four years ago, a fire had recently destroyed this bespoke fence / storage area. Having cleared the site, the lean to shed / closeboard fencing was completely re built to create a smart, secure boundary and practical outdoor storage space.
Good to Know
All product was supplied by Cheltenham Fencing and Landscaping Supplies. Having re built the fence, roof joists were then suspended between it and a new timber wallplate. These joists were then clad with ply before roofing felt was fixed to make it watertight.
The PermaTimber® Posts have a unique 15-year product guarantee and to increase the strength of the structure, posts were set at 1m centres.
Finally the entrance door was constructed on site using 47 x 75mm framing, clad with featheredge boards.
A truly secure, bespoke installation that combines a smart new fence with practical lean to shed and storage area.
