Walford Timber Group Team Leader Training

We’d like to congratulate our Team Leaders who have recently completed their Team Leader training programme.

Delivered by Quolux, the four month programme covered leadership style and behaviour, communication, leading teams, and motivation and performance.

All of the Team Leaders excelled on the programme, and have been putting their learning into action within the company. Course tutor Jo Draper delivered the programme at Walford and was impressed with the commitment and engagement from all of them.
