The landowner has a working livestock farm with a herd of Charolais cattle and wanted a long-term and robust solution to secure their cattle. Creosoted fencing was chosen as it is permitted to be used for agricultural, livestock or equestrian fencing.
The timber is slow-grown Norwegian Pine which is very strong, Kiln-dried, and then pressure creosoted in the same way as telegraph poles.
