This is a full time, permanent position starting with immediate effect. The role is a combination of manufacturing timber fence panels and general labouring to include stacking timber, operating machinery, and processing large batches of timber components.

Fence panel production is carried out on nailing jigs. Safe use of nail guns and an eye for quality control are important for this role, as well as the ability to keep to daily production targets.

Standard working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You may be asked to work some Saturday mornings if required. Annual leave entitlement is 20 days per annum plus statutory days for the first year of service, 21 days during the second year of service and 22 days plus statutory days from the 3rd year onwards.
Pay will comply with National Minimum Wage requirements and you will also be enrolled into the company pension scheme. Some overtime will also be available.
